Here is a quick insight for the first two weeks of class of my spring semester a sophomore Computer Engineering student here at Lehigh.
ECE 123 – Electronic Circuits : This class is a continuation from ECE 081. The class mainly deals with analysis and synthesis of electron circuits. So far in this class we learned about DC and AC voltage and transistor and how almost all electric circuit can be simplified and reduced into a Thévenin and Norton equivalent circuit.
ECE 121 – Electronic Circuits Laboratory : This class is the lab component of ECE 123 where we build and test the circuits we discussed in class. So far we had 2 labs. The first one was about Thévenin and Norton equivalent circuit and the second lab was about High Pass and Low Pass Filters.
ECE 138 – Digital Systems Laboratory : This class is the lab component of ECE 33 Intro to Computer Engineering which I toke last semester. In the first lab, we had to implement logic gates using NAND gates.
CSE 017 – Programming and Data Structures : This class is continuation of CSE 02 which is Intro to Java Programming. Currently we are learning about Object Oriented Programming (OOP). Our first program assignment was to create a Tic-Tac-To game in Java.
MATH 205 – Linear Methods: This class is about differential equations and linear algebra. Currently we learned about solving systems of equation using matrices.
PSYC 001 – Intro to Psychology : I am taking this class for my social sciences requirement. This is a very relaxing class in terms of work load but there is a lot of reading to do.
