Our professor for CSE 109 has been telling us for weeks that we have a large project coming up. We are going to be programming a Parser for a language that the teacher came up with. It is going to combine several classes that we already created. These include a Lexer that we just built for the language, a calculator and a subclass of the calculator that are meant to emulate calculators that would be used by typical college students, a node and a tree class used to collectively store information for both the Lexer and the calculator, and a word class used to represent different tokens in the language. This is truly going to be a massive project that will utilize all of the skills and programming knowledge that we have gained in the class thus far. It is fairly apparent to me why the class is entitled “Systems Programming”
